Friday

What is even better is that I woke up early and had some time to start Mary Kelly's Write on both Sides of the Paper. I've had this book on my "currently reading" shelf for weeks now but never got to make a start on it - Mary Kelly requires and deserves(!) focus when reading, and focus has been in short supply over the last 6 weeks.

I also managed to read Seven Against Thebes (Aeschylus) last night, so I am quietly optimistic that the pandemic-induced reading slump is lifting a little.

Anyway, I am glad it is Friday. I hope you all have a good one.
