I promise this will not become a permanent feature, but I wanted to share that I've tried the Mango Black Bean Chipotle Coke Chili recipe, that @WhiskeyintheJar shared recently. 

It's pretty fab, and the mango is a lot less weird than I thought. I did use a lot less Coke than the recipe calls for, tho. 

Anyway, back to Richard and Allie in Dead Corse now.
