I need something fun after Savage Summit, and this one looks fun. Maybe not lighthearted fun, I don't know without reading it, but the preface by Rachel Reeves, MP, makes me think that this book will be somewhat quirky as the author seems to have been an interesting figure.
And I like her already for being the one to introduce free milk to schools...and to name her kettle "Agatha" in honour of her admiration for Agatha Christie.
And while it may be a stretch to call the boats on the cover "ships", the book fits the prompt in other respects.
